OEM Quick Guide – First Power-Up

WHY THIS MATTERS

Run the latest firmware to ensure safe, reliable system performance from day one.

BEFORE YOU BEGIN

• Connect to shore power or fully charge battery before beginning update

• Ensure strong internet connection

• Keep phone close to the battery (Bluetooth connection)

• Turn OFF:

– Inverter

– Major loads

• Pause solar charging (if applicable)

• Disconnect other Bluetooth devices

FIRMWARE UPDATE STEPS

1. Open Lithionics Battery Monitor App

2. Connect to the battery via Bluetooth

3. Select the appropriate battery from the device list

4. Go to Firmware Update

5. Select Update (if available)

6. Stay in the app and keep phone nearby

7. Wait for update to complete

DURING THE UPDATE

• Do NOT power off the battery

• Do NOT disconnect Bluetooth

• Do NOT close the application

• Temporary power interruption may occur and is expected

• Follow any on-screen prompts

AFTER THE UPDATE

• Confirm firmware version in the app

• Turn inverter and loads back ON

• Resume normal operation
