How to contact Lithionics Support team?

Before contacting Lithionics Support team please review following support guidelines:

  • Search and review Knowledge Base support articles published on this Web site to see if your questions can be answered without contacting the Support Team.
  • If you purchased your Lithionics battery from a dealer or it came pre-installed in an OEM product such as RV, first contact the dealer or the OEM which supplied the battery, as they are responsible for the first level support.
  • If you purchased your Lithionics battery directly from Lithionics Battery, please use the Submit a ticket button on this Web site and provide all required details neccessary to look-up your battery model and serial number, as well as provide details of the issue, such that Support team can help you in the most efficient manner.
  • Once you have submitted the ticket you will receive email confirmation. As soon as Support team member reviews your ticket they will respond to you thru your email with suggested resolution or ask additional questions to resolve your issue.
  • To better assist you with troubleshooting please provide us with the following information. If you would kindly provide us with Screenshots from The Lithionics Bluetooth Application. *If you do not already have the Lithionics Bluetooth Application please download it. It is available on both iOS & Android Devices.

    *For an External BMS System with Battery Module(s) Provide the Following Top 3 Images or The Bottom 2 Images if you have an Internal BMS System with Your Battery Module(s)*

    Additionally, please provide a screenshot of the “List Function” from the Terminal Console

    • Access Terminal Console (Press Cog Wheel Icon in Upper Right Corner of Screen)
    • When Inside Terminal Console: Press 3 Dots in Upper Right Corner of Screen to Disable Auto scroll 
    • Type the word LIST in the text line after the $. Ex: $LIST
    • Capture information in screenshot below and submit along with other screenshots
