How to create and export Lithionics Battery data log

Modified on Thu, 9 May at 3:43 PM

Follow the steps shown in the image below or watch this YouTube video to learn how to create and export the data log of your battery using the Lithionics Battery Monitor app. The log is automatically created and saved on your mobile device whenever you are connected to your battery. It can be useful to monitor the battery for longer time periods to observe it's charging and discharging behavior, which is saved in the data log and can be later plotted by the Lithionics Support team when troubleshooting technical issues.

NOTE: If you are troubleshooting a specific issue, please have the app connected to the battery before, during and after the issue is observed, so the log can capture dynamic changes in time, which helps plotting the battery parameters and how they change over time. The longer the log time, the better picture it paints about the issue.
